Summary

USGS satellite image of Washington, D.C. taken April 26, 2002, modified to show territorial boundary and quadrant divisions. Modifications by User:Postdlf, released under the GFDL to whatever extent these are (doubtfully) independently copyrightable. Original source material public domain, as a work of a U.S. government agency.
